These Terms & Conditions apply when you access this website, create an account, purchase a service or credit, submit business information, or use reports and generated marketing materials.
1. Accounts and business authority
You must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure. You may register for your own business or on behalf of one business that has authorized you to request and use the service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for confirming that you have the authority to submit information and request materials for the connected business.
2. How the service works
The service may combine public Google Business Profile information with business information you provide to prepare reports, audits, recommendations, plans, content, campaigns, images, and other local marketing materials. Public business information may be retrieved through Google Maps Platform services or Outscraper.
Depending on site configuration, AI processing may be provided by OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Claude by Anthropic. Only public business information and information you provide about the business should be submitted for AI processing. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, lawful, and current information.
- Have the necessary rights and authority to submit business names, logos, images, reviews, claims, offers, and other content.
- Review generated materials before publishing or using them.
- Verify facts, prices, claims, dates, legal disclosures, and industry-specific requirements.
- Use the service and generated materials only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not use the service to impersonate another business, mislead customers, violate intellectual property rights, distribute harmful content, or attempt to access private information.
4. Generated materials
You retain the rights to generated content delivered to your account, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the Material License. Materials are licensed for the business connected to the account or service order. AI-generated output may not be unique, and similar output may be produced for other users.
No ownership of the website, software, theme, plugin, workflow, prompt system, provider technology, or third-party source material is transferred with a generated deliverable.
5. Payments, credits, and refunds
Orders and checkout may be managed through FluentCart, with payments processed by PayPal or Stripe when enabled. Prices, taxes, currency, credit quantities, and included services are shown at checkout or in the applicable offer.
A credit is considered used when it is applied to a service request or generation workflow. Refunds are available only as described in the Refund Policy: for an eligible service error, or for unused credits when a valid request is made within 30 days after purchase. A completed service is not refundable after results have been delivered.
6. Third-party services
The service depends on third-party platforms that may include WordPress, FluentCart, Google Maps Platform, Outscraper, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Stripe, PayPal, email providers, and hosting providers. Their availability, data practices, and terms are controlled by those providers. You must also comply with any third-party terms that apply to your use of their services or content.
7. Availability, results, and limitations
AI and automated analysis can produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable output. The service supports marketing work but does not replace professional legal, financial, tax, medical, or industry-specific advice. No ranking, revenue, customer, review, or other business outcome is guaranteed.
Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated to protect the service, enforce these terms, respond to abuse, or comply with law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated on the applicable offer or required by law.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the service, providers, offers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date, unless applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact page.
